I'm searching for a book to study or any other valid material ...
There is currently no third party study materials available specifically for 1Z0-054. The Oracle recommended training is:

Beyond that, the primary resource is the Oracle documentation. I have links to a few articles and a couple of books on Oracle Performance tuning that cover topics relevant to the test in the following link.

This test is the subject of the study guide next in my series. As I write the guide and locate links during my research process, I will be adding links to that page with more relevant articles.

I'm studying for this exam as well. Anyone have opinions on ucertify.com practice tests? I see they have one for this exam.

To the OP, if you can do the OU Performance Tuning training, that would be your best bet. The course materials align with the exam objectives exactly.

I had the Oracle Performance Tuning Workshop, so I'm actually studying on the course guide and I would know where I can get further

My employer sent me to the training last year, so I am studying the student guide and the performance tuning guide.

I prepared for this exam, and as "study guide" I bought the book "Oracle Database 11g Release 2 Performance Tuning Tips & Techniques" from Richard Niemiec.
I can say only - it's awesome
