Career turn to Oracle security?

I'm looking to move my career back to a more  hands-on role focusing on Oracle.  I started as a network/telecom guy and moved into security for contract work that our company had.  Now I'm more  high level, programmatic security, and want to move back to hands on.   I'm in the DC area.  Can anyone steer me to training resources to move back

:  I see from your profile that that you already have CISA and CISM.  To get more hands on you could consider CISSP.
